Maintenance Engineer in London

Our client is a market leading building maintenance service provider in London, & they are currently looking to fill 3 jobs for Maintenance Engineers due to a contract expansion, join a fantastic team working Shift, days only, 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts, based near Liverpool Street Station, London EC2M 7PP & paying up to £45,000 per annum.

JOB DUTIES

  • Preventative planned maintenance & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment.
  • Working on AHU's, FCU's, Plumbing, Pumps, Lighting, Installation Works, Electrical Systems, UPS, Power Distribution, Fault Finding, AC Units, hot & cold water supply.
  • Issue permits to work to subcontractors.
  • General HVAC first line maintenance

JOB REQUIREMENTS

For the Maintenance Engineer job, the Client is ideally looking for someone who is a trade qualified Electrician or holds an HVAC qualification & can carry out PPM's.

With a solid understanding and experience of health & safety regulations.

Experience supervising Subcontractors & issuing permits to work

Motivated, driven, personable, hard working, excellent customer focus skills & happy in a client facing situation.

Someone who has worked in a Maintenance Engineering job role, or has a similar commercial maintenance background.

The Maintenance Engineer job role is paying up to £45k pa.

Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off 4 on, Days only, 12 hour shifts

25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays
